Zimaya Kibria Supremo Eau de Parfum 100 ml is a unisex fragrance in which juicy blackcurrant meets warming spices, amber and distinctly earthy patchouli. The fruity opening is neither light nor summery fresh – it gradually darkens, develops woody depth and settles into a softly sweet, resinous base. The result is a fuller, elegant composition with a distinctive character, particularly suited to lovers of darker fruity fragrances.
In the opening, fresh bergamot contrasts with the characteristic sweet-tart aroma of blackcurrant. Blackcurrant is the most prominent fruity element in the composition, giving the opening a darker, juicy quality. Cinnamon warms the accord and quickly suggests that Kibria Supremo is not a conventional fresh fruity fragrance.
The next stage belongs to warmer and deeper notes. Amber envelops the fruity opening in warmth, while patchouli introduces earthiness and greater intensity. Creamy sandalwood smooths both elements and creates a softer woody transition between the fruity-spicy opening and the considerably darker base.
In the base, patchouli reappears and combines with labdanum to create a deep resinous trail. Tonka bean brings gentle creamy sweetness to the blend and rounds off its drier, earthier edges. Blackcurrant no longer plays an independent leading role, but its dark fruity character remains intertwined with the warm amber and resinous notes.
Zimaya Kibria Supremo Eau de Parfum may evoke Sospiro Il Padrino, particularly through its combination of dark fruit with amber, woody and warmly sweet depth. However, the two compositions are not structured identically. Kibria Supremo uses cinnamon, tonka bean and prominent patchouli, so the similarity is better understood as a related style rather than a confirmed exact copy.
The most characteristic individual note in Kibria Supremo is blackcurrant. What distinguishes it from typical fresh blackcurrant fragrances is everything surrounding the fruit: cinnamon warms it, amber softens it and the double presence of patchouli gradually draws it into a darker woody-resinous setting. The fragrance therefore combines fruity juiciness with a warm, elegant and more pronounced base.
Thanks to its warmer and deeper character, it is particularly suitable for cooler days, autumn and winter, as well as evening wear and occasions when you want a more distinctive fragrance.
