2. What are cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Browser local storage, pixels, scripts and other identifiers may perform similar functions.
These technologies can maintain your session and basket, remember choices, protect forms, measure use of the site or—only with your consent—support personalisation and advertising.
First-party technologies are set by TIPIDI. Third-party technologies are set by providers such as Google or Meta where the service is enabled and the required consent has been given.

Preferences and functionality
Remember choices you make on the site, such as language, currency, category view or a guest wish list. Where a technology is necessary to carry out that expressly requested choice, it may be used without separate consent; other preference technologies follow your consent settings.
Analytics
Help us understand traffic and site performance. They are enabled only after consent.
Marketing
Used for campaign measurement, remarketing and more relevant advertising. They are enabled only after consent.

4. Legal bases for using cookies
Consent is not required to store or access strictly necessary technologies where they are genuinely required to transmit a communication or provide a service you explicitly request. Any subsequent personal-data processing relies, depending on purpose, mainly on contract performance, legal obligation or legitimate interests in secure and reliable operation.
Preference, analytics and marketing technologies are used on the basis of your prior consent. Optional technologies remain off before consent. You may change or withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
European Union
This storefront is also subject to the following local rules: Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as implemented in the relevant Member State, requires prior consent for non-essential storage or access. The GDPR governs any personal-data processing that follows.
5. Storage periods and consent renewal
Session cookies expire when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies and local storage remain for the period shown in the table, until replaced or until manually deleted.
TIPIDI stores your cookie choice for 180 days. We may then ask you to choose again. The banner may appear earlier if purposes, providers or settings change materially.
6. How to change your settings
You can reopen your choices at any time using the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent ordinary shopping.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking necessary technologies may disrupt the basket, login, security or checkout.
7. Third parties and transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some tools are supplied by third parties. Their exact scope depends on currently enabled services and your consent. Providers may process technical identifiers, device information, pages viewed and events.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, an appropriate legal mechanism is used, such as an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients), Standard Contractual Clauses or another GDPR safeguard.

First-party cookies are normally set on the current TIPIDI storefront domain with path /. Third-party technology domains are controlled by the named provider.
TIPIDI stores your cookie choice for 180 days. We may then ask you to choose again. The banner may appear earlier if purposes, providers or settings change materially.
9. Analytics and marketing
Google Analytics and similar tools start only after analytics consent. They help us assess aggregate traffic, on-page behaviour and technical performance.
Google Ads, Meta and other advertising tools start only after marketing consent. They may measure conversions, create audiences and associate a visit with a campaign. Refusing marketing cookies does not prevent an order.
10. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.
