Ahmed Al Maghribi Blu Oud Eau de Parfum 100 ml is a unisex woody-oriental fragrance with a more pronounced masculine character that unusually combines fresh aromatic notes with leather, smoky frankincense and dark woods. Despite its name, this is not a heavy oud composition – Blu Oud retains a modern, fresher side that is gradually overlaid by dry leathery and woody depth.

In the opening, fresh bergamot meets aromatic cypress and prominent leather. Bergamot brightens the composition, while cypress adds a green, slightly resinous nuance. Leather comes through from the very beginning and, according to user experiences, remains one of the most prominent elements as the fragrance continues to develop.

The heart takes on a smokier character thanks to frankincense. Violet leaf introduces a green, slightly airy quality, while geranium adds aromatic freshness, preventing the composition from feeling like a traditional heavy oriental fragrance even at this stage. Fresh and green notes contrast with the leather and the darker woods that gradually begin to emerge.

In the base, agarwood (oud) appears alongside smoky, woody guaiac wood, earthy patchouli and musk. Oud is not necessarily the strongest note here – according to some users, it remains more a part of the deeper woody background. Blu Oud, however, adds more aromatic freshness, green notes and smoky oud.
